These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ph997 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph997 platform at ph997.vu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full.
